1. About the Service

Insculpt is an AI-powered platform currently in pre-launch development. This website allows visitors to join a waitlist to be notified about the product's launch and to potentially receive early access.

The waitlist does not grant any guaranteed access to the product, any specific launch date, or any specific features. Insculpt is under active development, and its features, scope, and availability may change at any time before or after launch.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to join the waitlist. By submitting the waitlist form, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Waitlist Submissions

When you join the waitlist, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information (name and email address)
• Complete the email verification step; your signup is not active on the waitlist until you confirm it via the link we send you
• Not use the form to submit false, misleading, or another person's information without consent
• Not create or attempt to create multiple waitlist entries for yourself, including from the same device or network
• Not use the waitlist form for spam, abuse, or any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to remove any waitlist entry we reasonably believe violates these Terms, and to use automated measures (such as rate-limiting and duplicate-signup detection) to enforce them.

4. No Guarantee of Access, Launch, or Founding Member Status

Joining the waitlist does not create any contractual right to access Insculpt, does not guarantee early access, and does not obligate us to launch the product on any particular timeline or at all. We may prioritize, limit, or grant access at our sole discretion.

We may offer a "founding member" perk (such as a discount) to a limited number of the earliest verified signups. This status, and any associated perk, is not guaranteed or secured until your email is verified and your position is confirmed, is subject to change, and is not a binding offer until Insculpt formally launches.

5. Communications

By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive emails from us related to email verification, Insculpt's launch, product updates, and relevant announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly; unsubscribing permanently removes your waitlist entry (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on insculpt.io — including the Insculpt name, logo, branding, text, graphics, and design — is the property of Insculpt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service without permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
