Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Insculpt ("Insculpt," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit insculpt.io and join our waitlist (the "Service").

By joining the waitlist or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you sign up for the Insculpt waitlist, we collect:

  • Name — so we can address you personally in communications.
  • Email address — so we can verify your signup, notify you about launch updates, early access, founding member status, and product news.
  • IP address at signup — used only to prevent spam and abuse (rate-limiting and detecting multiple signups from the same network). This is not used for tracking or profiling.
  • Signup source — if you arrived via a link we shared that includes a ?from= parameter (e.g. a social media post), we record that source alongside your signup so we can understand which channels are driving interest.

We use a double opt-in process: after you submit the form, we send a verification email, and your signup is not added to the waitlist until you confirm it by clicking the link.

Analytics

We use PostHog, a third-party analytics provider, to understand how visitors use this site — for example, page views and whether a waitlist signup was completed, and if so, from which source. Analytics events are not linked to your name or email address.

We also operate short branded links (insculpt.io/go/...) that redirect to our social and community profiles. When you follow one of these links, we log the destination and a randomly generated, one-time identifier so we can see aggregate click counts per link — this is not tied to your identity, IP address, or any waitlist signup.

Our hosting provider may also log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and access timestamps) for security and operational purposes, as is standard for most web infrastructure. This data is not used to identify you individually.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Verify your email address and confirm your waitlist signup
  • Notify you about Insculpt's launch, product updates, and early access opportunities
  • Determine and communicate founding member eligibility (a limited perk for the first verified signups)
  • Respond to inquiries if you contact us
  • Improve our product and communications based on aggregate waitlist interest
  • Detect and prevent spam, abuse, or multiple-account signups
  • Maintain the security and integrity of our systems

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your name, email address, and signup IP address are stored securely using reputable third-party infrastructure providers (a managed Postgres database and email delivery service). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the waitlist and send communications (e.g., our database and email delivery providers), bound by confidentiality obligations
  • Legal authorities, if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request

5. Data Retention

We retain your name, email address, and signup IP address for as long as you remain on the waitlist. If you unsubscribe using the link in any of our emails, your record — including your name, email, and IP address — is permanently deleted from our database; this cannot be undone, and you would need to sign up again to rejoin the waitlist. You may also request removal at any time by contacting us directly (see Section 7).

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask us what information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information from our waitlist, or unsubscribe yourself directly using the link in any email we send (see Section 5)
  • Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from communications at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@insculpt.io.

8. Cookies

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (PostHog) uses local browser storage rather than cookies by default to distinguish visitors for aggregate analytics purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
